Our final day of Labor Day weekend. It was great getting an extra day to hang out with each other and get to know the area.

Sacramento Zoo Video

It is finally here. It took some time but we got this video posted.

So the short story was that this was not the biggest zoo but it was still fun. There were quite a few animals to see for how small the zoo was.

They had lions and tigers and parrots. Oh my.

Speaking of parrots there was one that was hitting on Marie. Yah, I was this close to having a parrot B.B.Q..

So just to let you know. Marie's favorite animal at the zoo was this big, black, carnivorous, long beaked bird. It actually was carrying a mouse in its beak for a long portion of time before swallowing it whole. But Marie would like you to know that the bird did have long, pretty eye lashes that made it look kind (While holding a dead mouse). There is a picture of it above actually holding the mouse.

My favorite was, of course, the lion. It WAS AWESOME!!!!

The tiger's were one of Daniel's favorites. Come to think of it, he had a lot of favorites.

Anyway, it was a fun day at the Sacramento Zoo.

The New Place!!!

Above is the new location we will be moving into once we tranfer to NC. East side, baby!!!!!

Anyway, we have been here for a little while and we have got to say that it is a really great place to be. The trees are beautiful and the people are so nice. If you like a slower pace lifestyle and friendly people, this is the place to be.

We also are pretty sure we found a great church. Its called Hope Chapel and its a Foursquare church. When we went the youth group was leading worship and it was amazing.

Another cool thing is that the pastor is from California and we both liked how he was real with everyone. He also did a great job of making the sermon applicable to everyone.

Jeff's small but awesome party

Hey everyone,

It was Jeff's b-day party a few days ago and we have the pics. I know his birthday isn't for a couple of weeks but we did a little something for him early because Daniel came down to celebrate with us.

Jeff really liked his cake. We went to Cold Stone and got an cookie dough ice cream cake. You can probably tell by looking at it that it was pretty good.

It was pretty chill but pretty fun at the same time. And I think Jeff liked his present. I put a lot of music, movies and books on there for him to enjoy. It was a lot of work but what can I say I love him and ...............he now owes me. :)

Second trip to Australia

Lets just put it this way. It was my second time being in Oz and my beautiful wife didn't even get to come with me. When you are alone in a place you've been before you get a little weird. This video is what has come of that.
